A 30-year freelance journalist, Tim Buckley has worked as a newspaper reporter, feature writer, radio documentary producer, advertising copywriter, photographer, magazine editor, author and web content guy.

What draws him to writing is humanity… “my outright fascination with what makes people come alive.  Everybody, every family, every company has a story as poignant as those from the pages of Dickens, Twain or Steinbeck.”

Over the years, his work has earned awards from the National Bar Association, National Association of Counties, Society of Professional Journalists, Council for the Advancement and Support of Education and, most recently, from the Corporation for Enterprise Development.

Tim represents Legacy Preservation from his base in Salem, Oregon.
